My HR Director Sister

My sister works before as a Human Resource Management director. I thought it was really an awesome job, she is the head of the department, and she is in charge with all the employees. But, soon I found out that her work is really very tiresome and complicated, she handles different branches in her area and I can see that she is really consuming time and effort in her work, even though she has the best employees and assistants, the amount of work they handle is still big.
